Tips are non-refundable.SportQuest…Just the word entices you to get outside and do something. No cancellation fee for back ordered items. Cancellations: Any cancellations after placing an order prior to shipment will result in 3% cancellation fee. If you used Stripe a 3% non refundable processing fee will be deducted from your total. Stripe does not refund their processing fees. If your item had shipping included (FREE SHIPPING) there will be a 20% restock fee subtracted from refund. Return amount will only be for products purchased, not shipping to or cost of return shipping. Return Policy: Any item(s) purchased from from the Ridgeline Store may be returned at no charge with in 14 days of the order being received as long as the items have been unused (unmounted) and are in the original packaging.
